Message Dynamics is a multi-award winning provider of low cost telehealth services. We have won awards for both innovation and partnership with the NHS. Our services improve the care and well-being of patients and have been independently evaluated by Surrey University and the NHS who have concluded they reduce hospital admissions, increase medication compliance and generally improve the health of patients. Moreover, because our services are low cost and scalable, they make it affordable for organisations to communicate with a large number of patients.

We use a range of communications media to deliver our services, including automated voice, SMS, email and smartphone app. We can also operate services in other languages such as Punjabi to accommodate patients for whom English is not suitable.

Our Monitor service, identified by the NHS as an innovation with the “potential to make a real difference” is being used by the NHS and by County Council Adult Services to support patients with long term conditions and elderly patients respectively.
